Starting your studies in a new country can be both exciting and challenging. This interactive workshop is designed to support international Master’s students in navigating academic and everyday life in a new cultural environment.
It provides a structured and reflective space to explore challenges such as cultural differences, discrimination, and social integration.
Key topics include:
- Recognizing and responding to difficult situations, including discrimination
- Developing communication and coping strategies for challenging situations
- Building social and professional networks
- Identifying and using your personal strengths
- Reflecting on your goals and future perspectives
