CaMen Career Mentoring

Mentoring for professional Succes – Strong together!

CaMen is an offer from Frankfurt UAS for students who themselves or whose parents were born abroad. You can take part if you are studying at Frankfurt UAS or one of the four partner universities (Goethe University Frankfurt, Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences, Darmstadt University of Technology and Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences) and need support with your career orientation.

What to Expect as a Mentee:

  • Individual mentoring with experienced professionals and leaders
  • One-on-One or, new in 2026: group mentoring (in cooperation with a regional company or start-up)
  • Insights into different fields of work and the German job market
  • Support throughout the entire application process or on the path to starting your own business
  • Personal guidance from our team
  • Workshops, networking events, and opportunities for exchange
  • Participation free of charge

Application:
During the open application phase, you can apply online for a place in the program. Current dates can be found on the ICS RM website.

Programme duration: 01.10.–31.12.2026
Application period: 15.06.–15.07.2026

Please Note

We usually receive more applications than available spots. We therefore encourage you to take your time with the application form and answer the questions as honestly and thoroughly as possible. This helps us understand where you currently stand, what support you need, and whether our programme is the right fit for you.

After reviewing all applications, we invite selected candidates to a short digital get-to-know-you conversation. This helps us learn more about you personally and assess whether our format — and which mentor — could be a good match for you.

We intentionally take the time to get to know both mentees and mentors, as we hand-select each match and place great importance on creating the best possible tandems — one of the reasons why our mentoring works so well.
