Over 100 years of tradition:
Beginning with the founding of the "Königliche Baugewerkschule" in Frankfurt in 1908, we as a department look back on a long tradition as an educational institution in the construction industry.

Today, we are one of the largest providers of degree programs in design, construction and operation in the Rhine-Main area. We offer 18 degree programs and currently educate around 2900 students in the teaching units of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Geodata Management.

Department Profile:
Our strength lies in a broad education in the Bachelor's programs and a professional specialization in the Master's programs. As a basis for successful studies, personal contact between lecturers and students, practical relevance and individual support in small learning groups are particularly important to us.

The framework for successful studies is provided by around 200 people working in the department. In teaching and research, our professors, lecturers, research assistants and laboratory staff. At the administrative level, our colleagues in administration, technology and science management.

We assign diverse tasks with added social value. Offer opportunities to develop professionally, at the same time you will find professional challenges without having to think about profit.
In short: a workplace you can rely on.
