Your enrollment for English master programs

We are delighted that you have decided to study at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.

Before you can start your studies you will have to enroll at the Student Service Center.

You are asked to enroll digitally, so please follow these 4 steps to your enrollment:

Step 1

Paying the Semester Fee

Please transfer the semester fee of €386,47 and send your enrollment documents to the Student Service Center. It is crucial that you state the purpose for payment (“Zahlungszweck”).

You can only be enrolled after the university has received the semester fee.

In case your enrollment has to be denied for other reasons, the semester fee will be reimbursed.

Step 2

Preparing your Enrollment Documents

If you want to enroll for Global Logistics please do the online enrollment on our application platform.

If you are enrolling in High Integrity Systems, Information Technology or Renewable Energy: Please fill out the enrollment form in full and scan it as a pdf.

Please make sure your information is correct, especially your address and email address. You will receive further important information regarding the start of your studies via post and email.

Also, it is crucial that you sign the form.

In your enrollment form you have to confirm that you took note of:

Please scan both the front and the back page of your identity card or passport as a pdf file.

 

 

Please scan the proof of payment as a pdf file as well.

For your enrollment, you need proof of your health insurance coverage. This also applies if you are still abroad.

Statutory insured students: Please ask your health insurance company for "Meldegrund 10 für die Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences". The data will then be sent electronically to our university. Your health insurance card or a regular certificate of membership are not sufficient.

Privately insured students: Please ask any statutory health insurance company for an exemption from the mandatory health insurance coverage. (Ask for „Befreiung von der Krankenversicherungspflicht für die Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences“). After granting the exemption the statutory health insurance company will send the data to our university electronically.

Students with a European Health Insurance Card: Please contact any German statutory health insurance company and ask them to report your health insurance status to Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. The health insurance company will send the data electronically to our university.

If you have any questions regarding the proof of your health insurance coverage you can contact us via studienbuero(at)stuport.fra-uas.remove-this.de.

To enroll in Global Logistics please also submit the form „Declaration on the independent carrying out of the scholastic aptitude test without unauthorized aids“.

If you had already sent this form to the Student Service Center together with your application documents, you do not need to send it again.

 

Step 3

Sending your Documents to the Student Service Center

Please send your enrollment form and all the required documents as a pdf file to studienbuero(at)stuport.fra-uas.remove-this.de. Depending on the program you enroll in please either choose the subject line "digital enrollment bachelor" or "digital enrollment master".

The enrollment deadline is not met if one the required documents is missing or not received on time. The admission will then be revoked.

Step 4: After your enrollment

After your arrival to Germany you can request your Study Chip. Therefore, please fill out the Study Chip form. Please make sure you state your name and matriculation number, affix your foto and sign the form. The foto does not need to be biometrical.

You can come to the Student Service Center with the form and your ID during our open office hours. Then the Study Chip will be produced and handed to you directly. If you are not able to come to the Student Service Center please send the Study Chip form and a picture of your via email or via post and state the address we should sent the Study Chip to.
