Before you can be enrolled, you have to have successfully submitted an application on uni-assist.de and received an admission letter from us.

Three steps to your enrollment

If you received an admission, please follow these steps enroll:

1. Complete online enrollment in FranCa

2. Pay the semester fees

3. Upload your enrollment documents in FranCa

First complete the online enrollment in our portal FranCa. You can access the online enrollment via the button Request for enrollment.

Please make sure that your contact details are correct!

Step 2

Paying the Semester Fee

Please transfer the semester fee of € 339,28. It is crucial that you state the purpose for payment which is shown in the online enrollment! You can find the purpose for payment at the end of the online enrollment in step "semester fee to be paid".

In case your enrollment has to be denied for other reasons, the semester fee will be reimbursed.

Step 3

Upload your enrollment documents

After completing the online enrollment, you still need to upload your enrollment documents. We need these in order to be able to carry out your enrolment.

You can find the upload area in FranCa via the button Submit enrollment documents. We will show you which documents we need from you.

Please contact your German statutory health insurance as early as possible have them issue a so-called "M10" notification as proof of insurance. You can find further information on our website on insurances.

Keep an eye on the deadlines!

After your enrollment

After your arrival in Germany you can pick up your Study Chip during our open office hours. Please bring your ID.

If you are not able to come to the Student Services Center, we can send the Study Chip to your address in Germany. In this case please contact us via our customer portal.
