Data protection statement according to Article 13 GDPR for the Urban Transport Conference 2020 Web Conference

Urban Transport Conference 2020 will be hosted as a Virtual Conference on Zoom. Concerning the data processing for the conference itself, you will be informed according to article 13 GDPR after registration.

Frankfurt UAS is committed to protecting your privacy and information security. The following provisions will inform you about the purpose of the processing, legal basis, recipients and storage periods, as well as about your rights and the controller for processing activities concerning your personal data concerning the registration process. 3. Purposes of the processing

The legal basis for the processing is:

      Registration for participation in the event: Art. 6 (1) lit. b): processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract

      4. Disclosure to third parties

      Your personal information is shared with relevant staff at Frankfurt UAS as required by law or contract.

      5. Transmission of your data to a third country or an international organization

      No data will be processed outside the EU.

      We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
