Successful alumni day of the Service Engineering Bachelor's programme - A weekend full of insights and networking

For the first time, the alumni day of our Service Engineering course took place on two days, a weekend characterized by professional exchange and the establishment of new contacts. Friday was all about practical experience: during a guided tour through the production facilities of Linde Material Handling in Aschaffenburg, the participants gained exclusive insights into the efficient production processes and the application of state-of-the-art technologies in the field of material handling.

On Saturday, the focus was on professional exchange. Prof. Dr. Stegelmeyer gave a brief overview of the Service Engineering course and the role of alumni work at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. The report by an alumnus about his professional life was particularly enriching, highlighting the diverse career opportunities in service engineering. The day was concluded with a tour of Linde's Experience Hub, where we were able to see the latest innovations and technologies in material handling.

This event not only provided valuable insights into the production of an industrial company, but also strengthened the network among the participants. A successful weekend that underlined the importance of lifelong learning and exchange among engineers.
