How can I get involved with the Deutschlandstipendium ?
With an annual grant of €1,800, you will be supporting high-achieving and socially committed students at our university. The Federal Ministry of Education and Research will double this amount, meaning that scholarship holders will receive €300 per month for a whole year. Your costs are tax deductible. You will, of course, receive a donation receipt.
Why is it worth getting involved with the Deutschlandstipendium?
By funding a Deutschlandstipendium, you are taking on social responsibility and enabling young people to develop to their full potential. Education is an important resource: it is the driving force behind personal development and the innovative capacity of our society and economy. Your support is a sustainable investment, as it has a long-term impact on the careers of our students.
Thanks to the 1-to-1 matching of sponsors and students, you can build a personal relationship with your scholarship holders. This opportunity is often a great enrichment for private sponsors and a good opportunity for companies to get to know future specialists.
Personal contact allows you to strengthen your scholarship holders' ties to your organisation through guided tours, presentations or events.
Joint events with students, sponsors and members of our university allow you to expand your social, business and scientific network.
The promotion of a Deutschlandstipendium enables foundations to support students according to defined criteria.
Stephan Yanakouros, foundation manager of the Edmund Vey Foundation, which is administered by Frankfurter Sparkasse, also appreciates this advantage: ‘We are delighted to be one of the first sponsors of the Germany Scholarship at the university. For us, this is the ideal opportunity to fulfil the founder's wishes by supporting talented students here in Frankfurt.’
Donations of any amount are tax deductible. Up to 20 percent of your total taxable income or taxable earnings per year is eligible.
For donations up to €200, your bank's deposit slip or account statement is sufficient as proof of donation.
For donations over €200 (as in the case of the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship), we will issue you with a donation receipt.
