Recipients within the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences:
| The university funding department and the selection committee receive the applicant data via the portal in order to select the scholarship recipients (also taking into account the criteria of the sponsors and any "substitutes"). |
Processor:
| Valucon provides the portal for applicants to submit their application documents for the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship. The Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space and the Federal Statistical Office receive anonymized data for year-end statistics. |

Your data will be stored for two years after collection.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
- If your personal data is processed, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you (Article 15 GDPR).
- If inaccurate personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR). If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing and object to the processing (Articles 17, 18, and 21 GDPR).
- If you have consented to data processing or if a data processing contract exists and the data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR).
