Consultation Hours

To make an appointment, please send an email. Briefly describe your case and attach the required documents to the email. Then you will receive an individual appointment, either online or on-site at the office.

Our student assistants also offer general information sessions and assistance with application forms every Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Building 1, Room 02 (no appointment necessary).
