Prof. Dr. Jonas Hahn is Professor of Real Estate Management at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and Chairperson of the Examination Board in the Academic Unit "GeRE" (Geo Data Management and Real Estate).
Before his appointment in October 2020, he was covering an executive role in the Real Estate department and as Head of Digital with an ecclesiastical housing company owning or managing around 13,000 housing units. Before that, he was advising project developers, occupiers and investors in the Office and Industrial/Logistics market segments with a regional advisory.
Prof. Dr. Jonas Hahn holds an MSc in Real Estate from University of Regensburg, where he did his PhD with the Competence Center of Sustainable Real Estate. He is a Member of the Management Board with the charitable IRE|BS Foundation for African Real Estate Research and Member of gif - German Society of Property Researchers.
