The team of APPRISE contributed as coach to the 8th VDMA Future Business study, this time focusing on the Future Services 2035. He added the preface to the study and gave a keynote on the corresponding Industry Summit. Using scenario technique, industry experts developed four futures, each of with was further detailed to a picture of the future service in 2035. The study can be obtained at the VDMA e.V. and is a must-have for all service managers.
