Open-ended, solution and resource-oriented: the focus is on the experiences, interests and strengths of those seeking advice.

Appreciation, voluntary nature of advice and protection of trust

Appreciation, voluntary counseling and protection of trust: Conversations take place on an equal footing and information is treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties.

Methods

We use various counseling methods, e.g. targeted questioning techniques, to help make inner processes visible. We support you in shaping decision-making spaces and developing individual solution strategies.
