Singing together in a choir - singing enthusiasts of all voices are welcome
The choir is an integral part of the cultural life at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences since its founding in the summer semester of 2009. The choir organized concerts itself and regularly performed ethno songs, pop songs and jazz songs at events and celebrations on campus.
Since summer semester 2017 the choir presents itself in new way: the choir rehears a short program per semester with a final presentation – together with students of the module "harmony and rhythm" (Studium Generale)
The choir presents itself under the motto „notoriously choric“ in unison, multi-voice and canonical, a cappella or accompanied by piano or Big Band.
Every student, employee, professor as well as lecturers of all faculties can join in.
Choir rehearsals
Rehearsal dates: Wednesdays in the semester from 17:00 - 18:30
Location: in Building 2 Room 75 (UG)
Participation: Joining is possible every semester. Rehearsals will start again in the summer semester 2024 at the beginning of the lecture period.
The exact start date will be published in the CampusKulur calendar of events from April.
