Tasks and goals

We combine the field of academic teaching and learning with a concrete commitment towards the common good in and for practice. In doing so, we expand the academic methodological canon through Service Learning (curricular bound) and Social Engagement (extracurricular also possible). We implement this in all four departments, but also transdisciplinary.

We support cooperation partners, teachers and students alike by providing tailor-made Offers and expertise for their projects. This includes, for example, counselling and support, networking and mediation as well as qualification and a short video series Short video series . In 2021 we were awarded the City of Frankfurt's Citizens' Award in recognition of our social responsibility.
