Intensive courses A1 – C1 at the University

The Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences offers all students free intensive German courses at all levels from A1 – B2 during the lecture-free periods (March and September/October). These intensive courses last almost four weeks and finish with a written and oral exam. You will receive information about the textbook on the first day of the course.

After successfully completing the levels A2.2, B1.3, and B2.2, you can take part in the UNIcert® exam for that level (A2, B1, B2) and obtain a UNIcert® certificate. In the courses A2.2, B1.3 and B2.2, the final course exam can be counted as UNIcert® exam.

If you have passed all parts of the written exam (reading, listening and writing) and the oral UNIcert® exam with at least 60 %, you will receive a UNIcert® certificate
