Intensive courses A1 – C1 at the University
The Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences offers you free intensive German courses at all levels from A1 – C1 during the lecture-free periods (March and September/October). These intensive courses last almost four weeks and finish with a written and oral exam. You will get information about the textbook on the first day of the course.
After successfully completing the levels A2.2, B1.2, and B2.2, you can take part in the UNIcert® exam for that level (A2, B1, B2) and obtain a UNIcert® Certificate.

Online consolidation course B2+
Upcoming dates: March 4 – 22, 2024, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
You can enroll in this course if you want to complete your studies in German and consolidate your German proficiency at the B2.2 level. This course could be the right option for you even if you have not completed a language exam for studying at a university like the DSH or TestDaF, but instead completed vocational training in German before you began studying. It is expected that you will buy the textbook. You will receive more information and the Zoom log-in information after registering. Enrolled students can participate free of charge.
Applicants who are taking part in the DSH course in the summer semester 2024 can register through the International Office.
Students who are already enrolled at the Frankfurt UAS can register until February 26, 2024, on campUAS.
