The volunteer work of our students and teachers at the Faculty of Business and Law not only represents an important part of student life but also contributes significantly to the exchange of knowledge beyond the program.
Frankfurt Finance Club
The Frankfurt Finance Club is a student initiative that was founded in the summer semester 2018 at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
We want to help students get a handle on different financial topics at our university and give students the opportunity to implement learned theories in practice. For this purpose, the students use the Divisions HR, Marketing, Alumni, and Capital Markets to develop both personally and in their field on a volunteer basis. In particular in the Division "Capital Markets," a virtual portfolio is actively managed by the students, in which they trade on the market as analysts under real-world conditions and can apply the different methodologies of portfolio management.
In collaboration with the university, partners, alumni, and businesses in the financial industry, the Club also makes it possible to obtain more education in workshops, excursions, and specialized presentations in select finance topics and it offers exclusive recruiting events for internships and working student activities.
The Frankfurt Finance Club stands for community and togetherness!
