You can submit your written de-registration application anytime at the Student Services Office. Alternatively you can file for exmatriculation online via your FranCa portal for students. The exmatriculation is usually effective as of the end of the ongoing semester. If you need to be de-registered at a certain point in time please notify us accordingly.
Graduates are usually de-registered due to the notification of the respective faculties or after the entry of the final examination in the exam administration system POS.
After your exmatriculation you can request a last print-out of your performance record for up to 6 months. After then, the data is automatically deleted.
A reimbursement of the already paid semester fee is possible until the start of the lectures.
