As an institution of higher education, we are committed to the principle of a learning organisation. This means that we are constantly refining our processes and structures, as well as our goals. Here, we are pursuing a participatory approach and are always trying to involve all members of the university. In addition to formal planning, which is reflected in corresponding documents and project management structures, the establishment of a lively dialogue and an innovation-friendly environment within the university also plays a central role in successful higher education development.
Our higher education development plan describes the central key points of strategic actions planned for the coming years. On this basis, we shape our relationships with external partners, for example the target agreement with the HMWK and also the internal communication and further development of our university.
