Im Vergleich zu Ihrer Schulzeit, zum Berufsleben oder zum Studiensystem in Ihrem Herkunftsland wird Ihnen vieles neu und unbekannt vorkommen. Das ist völlig normal und damit sind Sie nicht alleine.
Mit unseren vielfältigen Angeboten helfen wir Ihnen, sich auf das Studieren vorzubereiten und an der Hochschule gut anzukommen.
Welche Angebote zur Studienvorbereitung gibt es an der Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences?
Die Frankfurt UAS bietet vielfältige Unterstützungsformate an, damit Studienanfänger*innen bestmöglich in ihr Studium starten können. Dazu gehören Orientierung, fachliche Vorbereitung, Beratung und Workshops.
Die Hochschule stellt jedes Semester ein umfangreiches Programm zur Studienvorbereitung bereit. Zum Sommersemester finden zahlreiche Orientierungsveranstaltungen und Workshops sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache vom 16.03. bis 01.04.2026 (überwiegend online). Alle Angebote enthält die nachfolgende Veranstaltungstabelle.
Weiterhin bietet der Vorkurs in Mathematik vom 30.03. bis 01.04.2026 eine fachliche Vorbereitung.

Students who want to succeed in their studies need one thing above all else: the ability to consciously organize and actively manage their learning. Key components include clear learning planning, creating a realistic weekly schedule, and the targeted use of effective learning methods. This lecture therefore focuses on how simple tools – in particular the active recall method – can be used to structure and sustainably improve one’s own learning. The message is clear: successful learning is possible for everyone. And the more visible your progress becomes, the more enjoyment you will derive from learning—which in turn strengthens your motivation. Speaker: M.-O.
