Dual Career Development

Scientists with a doctorate need relevant practical experience outside the university on their way to an UAS professorship. The practical postdoc at the Frankfurt UAS enables prospective professors to work and research 50 percent each for an external employer and at our university. In addition, postdoc employees gain initial teaching experience with four hours per week, which they can further develop and deepen as part of our UAS didactics.
