Study Chip pick up

For newly enrolled students who only want to retrieve their Study Chip a pick up station is available in building 1 in front of room 26

monday-thursday 9 am - 2pm

friday 9 am - 1 pm

Current news

From 01.04.2024 onwards, the semester ticket will no longer be displayed via the Study Chip, but via an app. You can find more information about the semester ticket for summer semester 2024 on the AStA website. For further information please contact the AStA.

You nevertheless need to validate your Study Chip after 1st April, so that the summer semester (without the semester ticket) is printed on it and you can use it as a student ID at examinations. The imprint is only possible from 1st April onwards.

Please state your application number if you have a request regarding your application or enrollment. If you are already enrolled at our university, please use your student email address and state your matriculation number.

Our Services

The Student Services Center offers the following services. Paying for fees (authentication of degree certifcates from Frankfurt UAS, new Study Chip) is only possible with EC card (not credit card or cash).

  • application and admission
  • enrollment (enrollment documents)
  • requests (leave of abscence, part-time studies, exmatriculation, reimbursement of semester fees)
  • authentication of certificates issued by Frankfurt UAS (during open office hours available)
  • certificates (certificate for tax office)
  • change of personal data (e.g. name change after marriage)
  • information for prospective students, students and guest students
  • Study Chip: loss, defect, change of name
  • re-registration / semester fee
  • certificates (study certificate, study progress certificate, transcript of records, receit of paid fees, invoice for re-enrollment fees) can be printed via the FranCa-portal for students

Forms and requests

If you are still enrolled, please file for reimbursement through your FranCa portal for Students.

If you withdrew from your enrollment or re-registration, the semester fee can be reimbursed except for the administrative contribution.

  • withdrawal from enrollment; exmatriculation
  • reimbursements
  • change of personal data

can be filed via your FranCa-Portal for students.

You want to withdraw from our enrollment or de-register from your studies and are unable to access your FranCa portal for students.
