Here you will find, for example, the schedule of introductory events for your degree program, various welcome videos, a virtual campus tour, links to relevant platforms so you can network, and much more. Please check these pages regularly as updates are frequent.

STEPS Frankfurt (German only) supports you step by step through your studies - from the first orientation to the transition to your career. You can find more information, contact persons and many useful links also on the pages of the Student Advisory Center.
Another helpful support offers STEPS Frankfurt*International. It is a (technical) language and professional orientation program to prepare for the B2 and DSH Exams and for studying at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.

If you have any concerns regarding the organization of your studies (registration, re-registration, exmatriculation, Study-Chip, HIS password...), please contact the Student Services Center or mail to studienbuero(at)stuport.fra-uas.. You can find an overview of all required online services and information about registration on the page of Campus IT (German only). A good orientation with a video is also provided on the page for information for new students (German only). The Welcome Video for our international students is provided from AStA (embedded on YouTube).
If you have problems with your CIT account or with your student e-mail, which are prerequisites for using various online services, the Service Desk (German only) is your contact. If you have forgotten your password for the HIS-Portal (German only), the student self-administration, then write an email to the studienbuero(at)stuport.fra-uas. including your matriculation number. If you have technical problems with the HIS-Portal, please use the service address deqis(at)abt-sv.fra-uas.. In case of technical problems with the learning platform Moodle, please contact the deService Desk (German only).

If your Study-Chip is lost or defective, please send an email with the subject „Lost/Defective Study-Chip“ to the studienbuero(at)stuport.fra-uas.. de
You can download the following applications on the page of the Student Services Center:

You can print out the following certificates yourself via your HIS-Portal (German only):
- Proof of performance (Leistungsnachweis) (German and English)
- Certificate of study (Studienbescheinigung)
- Certificate according to §9 BaföG-Gesetz corresponds to the simple certificate of study (Studienbescheinigung)

In the research-oriented children's house (German only) you will find offers, such as a crèche, time-variable care, family office, learning workshop. The General Student Committee AStA also offers advice on the question of studying with a child.
The Student Advisory Center offers a variety of support services to help you cope with psychological stress during your studies (e.g. exam nerves, conflicts in your partnership/family, sleep disorders, loneliness, intercultural issues...).

The Student Advisory Center provides support via information, coaching, counseling and other services when it comes to, for example, applying for a job or making an upcoming career decision.
International Career Service
Do you plan to start your professional career in Germany and need support for the first steps? The International Career Service helps students with their career development in Germany, to enable them to acquire key competences and to increase their chances on the job market. Therefore, the staff offers not only individual coaching but also a variety of trainings, workshops and talks about the application process and job market in Germany (aimed at international students in particular). All the events are currently taking place online via zoom.
