Application Deadlines
01.08. till 15.11.(for winter semester 2024/25 or summer semester 2025) This is the deadline for the few spots without tuition fees. The deadline for the spots with reduced tutition fees is January 1st.
Exception: IBA-slots in La Crosse. Deadline here is also 15.01.
Please note that an official language test (IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 86) is required for North America applications! for the application a DAAD language certificate is sufficient, but you might need the TOEFL or IELTS when applying at the partner university later in the application process.
Please keep in mind that a semester in the USA or in Canada is not cheap, even if you do not have to pay tuition. You should calculate costs of about 7.500,00 Euro for one semester including housing, food, insurance, Visa etc. You should be able to cover this even if you do not get a scholarship.
