UAS professors have a comparatively high teaching load: At 18 hours per week, they teach twice as much as their colleagues at the universities. We have been supporting our professors in their administrative tasks since 2022 so that they have enough time for research and university projects in addition to teaching.

Each of our four departments has hired a new colleague to help our teaching staff with basic administrative processes. They ensure smooth communication between the departments and the central administration and create synergies in projects, applications and new ideas. They also act as guides for newly appointed employees and help them to network and find their way around our university during onboarding.
