[Let's talk together] In this session we will look at the basis of willpower and tenacity, how it differs from motivation and how we can all increase our levels of willpower and tenacity. Is willpower exhaustible, is it a finite resource? Finally, we look together at what tools and hacks are out there that we can use to increase our tenacity and willpower.
