Module examination: Type/duration

Project work, processing time maximally 12 weeks and presentation of at least 20 minutes and maximally 30 minutes; language: German Learning result/ Competencies

Specialist competencies:
The students have a basic understanding of the concept ‘barrier freedom’ (also ‘inclusion’) in the tension field between human needs and tasks on the one hand, as well as environmental aspects on the other, which can be barriers. This is why all involved disciplines were brought together for an integrated analysis of the problem.

Methodical competencies:

Explorative actions in self-experiments, field experiments and expert interviewing. Additionally, literature research and development of adequate theoretical models. Communication of content with presentations and internet pages, use of the e-learning platform for communication and group work. Basics of project management. Development of a research question.

Social competencies:

Team work, ability to handle criticism and conflicts, interaction with diversity, training of management responsibility.

Self-competencies:
Explorative behavior, creativity, expert flexibility, frustration tolerance, resilience, self-management, target-oriented action
