Information for prospective students of Business Information Systems (M.Sc.)

Information systems specialists often play a key role in the success of a company. As decision-makers in leading positions, they drive IT strategies and the adaptation of business processes in companies – reconciling technical requirements with economic considerations in a world that is becoming more digital every day. At the same time, they extract important information from large volumes of data for trend-setting corporate decisions.

Why choose this Master's program?

  • Practical training for the future-oriented topics of digital transformation and data science
  • Applied learning in the context of projects and international events (such as the Data Mining Cup)
  • Flexible structure: start of studies in summer or winter semester, start of studies with 180 ECTS also possible
  • Internationalization: chance of earning a double degree with Deakin University in Melbourne or studying abroad at an international partner university
