The degree course entails the following fields of study in the first and second semester:
- Information systems with lectures on consulting, IT governance, IT mobility and enterprise architecture engineering.
- Data science with lectures on data engineering, data mining, predictive analytics, as well as simulation and optimization.
All lectures (each 5 ECTS credits) entail high-quality practical lab units and seminars for the application in practice and intensification of the acquired knowledge. Two large project modules (each 10 ECTS) allow a deepening of knowledge in both fields of study, which can be combined with the six-month-long master's thesis (30 ECTS), if required, to a three-semester long research project.
