Vocational Education in Nursing and Healthcare Professions (M.A.)

We shape teaching and learning in nursing and healthcare

Would you like to help shape teaching and learning in the field of nursing and healthcare? The Master's degree program in Vocational Education in Nursing and Healthcare Professions (M.A.) qualifies you to work in healthcare colleges, combined with specialist nursing training even for teaching at a nursing college. You will develop and design didactically sound educational programs for vocational education and training in nursing and healthcare professions.
The degree program enables you to apply teaching methods and scientific findings in a reflected and professional manner in educational practice. You will understand how to recognize, classify and take into account the learning needs of different learners and thus support them on their educational pathways. In the specializations, you will also deal intensively with current topics in care and health, didactics and pedagogy as well as educational research. As a graduate, you can help shape school development processes or work in the management of educational institutions.

The program is only available in German, therefore please refer to the German version of this page for more information.
